Sirovilla Retirement Village provides affordable, long-term housing for seniors aged 67 years or older, who receive the Centrelink aged pension and are able to live independently in a village environment.
Sirovilla Retirement Village currently has four village locations across the Geelong and Surf Coast regions in Victoria – Highton (64 units), Anglesea (18 units), Lorne (16 units) and Point Lonsdale (16 units).
Unlike traditional retirement villages, residents are offered 1 or 2-bed units under a secure “lease for life” model, offered on a “next on list” based on application date order.
Sirovilla offers:
- Rent at below market rate – designed to be affordable for people on the Centrelink aged pension income.
- Rent is indexed to your income – so only increases when your Centrelink aged pension or other income sources do.
- Less responsibility for home and grounds maintenance – a dedicated maintenance team and all maintenance fees included in your rent
- Independent living for as long as you are able
- Safe and secure village communities of people at a similar life stage
