The experienced and caring Operational Team are responsible for the daily operations of our two villages. We also have skilled and professional contractors maintain gardens, respond to village living needs and undertake planned maintenance and improvement upgrades to keep units and village grounds in pristine order.

My employment background has been Finance Manager within manufacturing, education and I am pleased to add the social housing sector to the list. Chris Bubb- Residents Service Coordinator
Chris Bubb was appointed as Resident Services Coordinator in November 2014. Chris has a solid background in administration and extensive experience working with people from a diverse range of ages and backgrounds.
Chris’s role as Resident Services Coordinator includes responsibility for resident’s services. Chris is responsible for administration, managing the waiting list, developing, and coordinating events and establishing long term productive relationships. Chris also provides informal support to residents and where appropriate refers residents to external support providers.
Chris understands how important it is to be engaged in community participation and to further develop relationships to enhance our community living. Chris is hands on and enjoys making a positive contribution to residents’ lives. Chris’s desire for lifelong learning, a creative and active lifestyle and her family, especially her three daughters and grandson, are what drives her.
