The experienced and caring Operational Team are responsible for the daily operations of our two Villages. We also have skilled and professional contractors to maintain gardens, respond to village living needs and undertake planned maintenance and improvement upgrades to keep units and Village grounds in pristine order.
Vicky Chettleburgh
- ManagerVicky has worked in Community Services for more than 15 years, with an extensive background in housing. She is honoured to be appointed Manager at Sirovilla, ensuring affordable retirement living is available for people in their local communities. Vicky believes there has never been a more important time to improve access and opportunities for social and affordable housing. Sirovilla Highton and Lions Village Anglesea started from humble beginnings, both have rich histories and a beautiful story. She is excited to be a part of the next chapter.
Thabo Bergman
- Services CoordinatorThabo has been managing the finances at Sirovilla since 2021 and knows the organisation well. We are proud to welcome her into the role of Services Coordinator. She is passionate about making a noticeable difference to the wellbeing of seniors in our community. Thabo is excited in developing and progressing services that will improve the standard of living for seniors. Empowerment through community integration and support is her driving force.
Sarah Gilding
- Admin and Resident EngagementSarah has returned to ‘paid work’ after periods of time as a stay-at-home parent. Earlier in life she studied nursing. Both require love and care for others which what brings her to Sirovilla. It was important to Sarah that she found a role that was meaningful, was aligned with her values and something that ignited passion. She loves the sense of community at Sirovilla, values connection and enjoys the doses of wisdom residents offer with their life experience.
