With over 15 years of experience in Community Services and an extensive background in housing, Vicky is dedicated to supporting older Australians through safe, affordable, and community-oriented retirement living. As Manager of Sirovilla, Vicky is honoured to lead an organisation that continues to grow while remaining true to its values.
From the humble beginnings of Sirovilla Highton and Sirovilla Anglesea, to the more recent additions of Sirovilla Point Lonsdale and Sirovilla Lorne, each village has its own unique character and story – united by a shared commitment to respect, independence, and social connection.
Vicky believes there has never been a more important time to improve access to social and affordable housing. She is proud to be part of Sirovilla’s next chapter, ensuring that older people in our region have the opportunity to live well in welcoming, supportive communities.
