Simon Loader has worked in the Geelong region for over 15 years, most recently as a Senior Principal at Tract Consultants, leading their Geelong office and Team Leader of their Victorian operation.
Simon is a member of the Committee for Geelong’s Strategy & Policy Committee, the Property Council of Australia’s Geelong Committee and Co-Chair of the G21 Regional Alliance’s Transport & Planning Pillar along with a former Chair and committee member of the Geelong Community Foundation’s Philanthropy 500 Program.
Simon brings knowledge and skills in the not-for-profit and philanthropy sector, governance, project management, social/aged/retirement housing and financial management. Simon joined the Sirovilla Board in 2024
