Jessica brings to the board experience in strategy, team performance, organisational design and community engagement across areas including health, education and agriculture. Jessica has led large-scale democratic engagement processes for government agencies and non-government authorities and has supported organisations through periods of community outrage and crisis, facilitating constructive communication and resolving conflict.
Jessica now runs a consultancy, whilst previous roles include Consumer Engagement Manager and Manager of Spiritual Care at Barwon Health. She has also been a board member of a charity organisation and is committed to social justice. Jessica joined the board in 2023.
