The team at Sirovilla would like to announce our exciting new partnership with Bellarine Community Health (BCH) to reopen the Eric Tolliday Units (ETUs) located in Point Lonsdale. We will be renovating and reopening the 16 units at Point Lonsdale as affordable housing for independent low-income seniors in the region.
The village will be named the Sirovilla Eric Tolliday Units in honour of Mr Eric Tolliday (deceased) who has given over 30 years of service to the local community.
There has been a lot of interest in the units after public announcements were made a few weeks ago. We are currently processing all applications that have been received to date and will be allocating the units from this list.
We would like to acknowledge there is a great need for affordable housing in the local community and encourage anyone that may be interested to submit an application. You can find out more about our eligibility and our affordable housing model through our website. Please call us on (03) 5241 1517 or email us at info@sirovilla.org.au if you have any other questions.
If you have links to the Bellarine area and meet the eligibility criteria you will be placed on the register of interest list for vacancies in the future.
We would like to thank the local community for welcoming Sirovilla and look forward to sharing more about this exciting partnership.
